Notes:
Paid
- if "yes" user has paid and their entries should appear on their account. (If the field "has user seen the thank you page" is no, then it's likely you've manually approved their entry with the "approve entry" button.
- if "no" user has either not checked out, or their checkout hasn't been logged.
* If the field "has user seen the thank you page" is yes, user has paid but their checkout hasn't been logged and their entries won't appear on their account. You can hit the "approve entry" (or they can refresh on their account) and their classes will be entered as they should be.
* If the field is no, then the user hasn't checked out or has missed the thank you page entirely. Check the Wix order to make sure they've paid and then hit the "approve entry" button
- if "failed ..." this means that the user reached the thank you page, but something didn't quite add up. You'll see three numbers after the failed plus the word "yes" or "no"
* first number: if 0, means the cart was last updated or viewed over 1 hour before reaching the thank you page
* second number:if 0, means the length of the summary is less than 3 i.e. there is no class information
* third number: if 0, means the original cart id and the order id don't match
Cart ID
- the "Original Cart ID" is the ID of the user's cart when they hit the checkout button. The "Cart ID on the Thank You page" is the cart ID associated with the order. These two cart ID's should be the same. This prevents someone from faking checkout. If the two are different, check their Wix Order history and their entries. If it checks out, hit the the "approve entry" button
Timestamps
- these are in the format YEAR - MONTH - DAY -- HOUR - MINUTE - SECOND and refer to the last time the user made a change to their cart (i.e. when they checked out) and when they saw the "Thank you page". You would expect that they changed their cart before they saw the thank you page.
Approve Entry
This button will override any checks and will enter the user in the classes listed in the summary box (even if they've already been enetered). Be careful as you run the risk of entering them before they have paid if you don't follow the above checks!
ORDERS
This is a list of all the orders a customer has made. If the order has gone through correctly, the processed column will say "yes". If the order has been paid for, but *hasn't* been processed (ie entries missing) the processed column will say "no".
